Share-Dealing Launched On iPhone App As Mobile Financial Services Evolve

Investors can now buy and sell shares directly from their iPhone, following the launch of the UK’s first iPhone Share-dealing App by SimplyStockbroking>/company>.

The new share-dealing App, which is free to download from the App Store via iTunes, allows investors to buy or sell stocks and shares, place and manage limit orders, review their portfolio and check their account balances directly from their iPhone. It is the only share-dealing App available in the UK today, SimplyStockbroking says.

The venture highlights how financial services have been migrating to such mobile devices, a development of particular use in countries without an existing physical infrastructure.

The directors of SimplyStockbroking have a strong track record of innovation in private client stockbroking.

The directors of SimplyStockbroking say they were the first to introduce debit card payments for share deals and were the first to offer dealing on PCs at home in the early 1990s, before the internet was available.

Investing in shares through SimplyStockbroking involves a charge of £8 per trade to buy and sell a range of investments, including equities, bonds and exchange traded funds, and a dividend processing fee capped at £1 per dividend.
