Private bank and wealth manager Kleinwort Benson has appointed Mark Burnyeat as a senior private banker in the London private wealth management team. Mr Burnyeat joins from Dresdner Kleinwort where he was managing director and head of UK capital structuring and advisory. Prior to this he was director in global finance at the bank and led syndicated debt transactions for mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and flotations. During his time with the investment bank, he built relationships with chief financial officers and treasurers across a wide range of sectors, as well as corporate financiers from other institutions.
