Sciens Fund of Funds Appoints President

Sciens Fund of Funds Management Holdings, part of the Sciens Capital Management Group, has appointed Tim Wilkinson as president.

The firm said Wilkinson will have a particular responsibility for its global business development and distribution, incorporating all client-facing, marketing and brand development activities. He reports to chief executive Stavros Siokos and will be “active” across all of Sciens’ products and services.

Prior to joining Sciens, Wilkinson was managing director at Russell Investments, where he led business development and distribution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before that, he spent 15 years with Citigroup Global Markets, starting there in 1994 as director and Asia-Pacific head of international equities and derivatives, based in Sydney.

Sciens Capital Management is an independent alternative asset manager with $5.1 billion in assets under management in funds of hedge funds, advisory, private equity and real assets. The group’s principal offices are in New York, London, Guernsey and Zurich.
