Schroders Private Bank has reduced its minimum investment for discretionary investment services to £1 million from £3 million. The move is in response to client demand, according to the bank. Significant improvements to the operations platform, shortly to be relocated to Zurich, will enable the bank to offer the full range of investment services to private clients with £1 million to invest say Schroders. “Since enhancing our investment proposition in 2002, our approach to investing across the full range of asset classes has attracted significant demand from private clients and their advisors. We are now in a position to be able to offer this investment expertise, as well as other private banking services, to a wider range of clients,” said Rupert Robinson, head of investment at Schroders Private Bank.
