Schroder & Co (Asia), a Singapore subsidiary of the London-based investment manager, has today completed the acquisition of the Singapore-based private client advisory unit of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Khing Go, previously head of Private Banking Asia Advisory for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, has been appointed head of Schroders Private Clients Asia. The new office opens in response to the accelerating demand from clients based within the region, the firm says.
