New Office
Sarasin & Partners Relocates London Offices

The UK-based firm said it is moving from the City to the Marylebone area of the capital to accommodate growth.
Sarasin
& Partners, a £17 billion ($22.7 billion) global
thematic investment manager, will be relocating its London
office to 50 George Street, Marylebone in early 2026.
Prior to this, the firm has been based at Juxon House in the City
of London, near St Paul’s, for more than two decades.
The firm is moving to a new office to accommodate its
growth, it said in a statement on Friday.
Sarasin & Partners will be the sole occupier of the building,
which comprises 33,000 square feet of newly-refurbished Grade A
office space and a further 6,900 sq ft of outdoor space. The
BREEAM Excellent* building will offer a mix of amenities,
including outdoor terraces, and spaces to allow individual and
collaborative work with clients and colleagues. (*According
to a Google search, to gain BREEAM Excellent status, a
building must achieve a minimum overall score of 70 per cent
across its various assessment categories, which include energy
use, water consumption, materials, waste, pollution, and health
and wellbeing.)
“This move marks an important milestone, allowing us to invest in
our growth with a newly-refurbished space designed to meet the
evolving needs of our clients and colleagues,” Guy Matthews,
managing partner, said.
Sarasin & Partners recently promoted Tom Vernon as head of
private clients and launched Sarasin Managed Funds – a suite
of risk-rated multi-asset solutions.
