Sarasin & Partners Names New Head Of Distribution

Privately-owned investment manager Sarasin & Partners has brought over a former Architas face.

Sarasin & Partners has appointed Philippe Broadhead as head of distribution.

Broadhead joins from multi-manager Architas, where he spent three years building the wholesale and institutional business. Prior to that, he was head of UK sales at Union Bancaire Privee for 18 months. Earlier in his career, he acted as co-head of institutional and wholesale business development at Legal & General Investment Management for more than eight years.

In his new role, he will be responsible for setting the distribution strategy for fund sales in retail, wholesale and institutional markets.

“With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Philippe brings with him some very strong business relationships and will be a valuable member of the team,” said Sam Jeffries, a partner at Sarasin & Partners.

This publication is awaiting confirmation as to whether Broadhead is taking on a newly-created role or succeeding someone at the firm and will update accordingly.
