Saffery Champness Makes Four Senior Appointments In Geneva

The UK-headquartered fiduciary, tax and accountancy firm is expanding its team serving private clients.

Saffery Champness (Suisse) has appointed Andrew Everton and Daniel Hawson as client directors, and Robert Steele and Steve Beresford as associate directors, all based in Geneva.

Everton, Steele and Beresford join from Barclays Trust Company.

Everton spent 12 years with the company, first in Jersey and then Geneva. He latterly served as deputy head of the Geneva trust business. He has managed trust administration teams, handling both financial and non- financial assets with a focus on the tax affairs of UK resident non-domiciled clients as well as UK commercial and residential real estate. Hawson ran Lloyds' Swiss trust operation before joining Saffery Champness last year. He advises on the structuring of family business assets.

Steele joins after six years at Barclays Trust Company. He specialises in managing larger trust structures for family groups.
