Nathaniel Rothschild, a family member of the Rothschild banking dynasty, is among a number of individuals behind a €2-3 billion ($2.57-$3.86 billion) London floatation of a commercial property developer, according to reports in the UK financial press. The flotation of TriGranit, a central and eastern Europe focused property developer, is expected early next year. Mr Rothschild, who is co-chairman of US hedge fund Atticus Capital, has around a 15 per cent holding in Hungarian headquartered TriGranit, according to a Daily Telegraph report.
