Regtech House Makes C-Suite, Other Appointments

One of the senior figures joining CUBE is the chief executive of Chelsea Football Club.
CUBE, a UK regulatory
technology firm partnering with private equity house Hg Capital,
has made a number of C-suite hires.
Chris Jurasek is joining as non-executive chairman; he is CEO of
Chelsea Football Club and brings over 25 years' experience of
working with leading global tech and data companies.
Emma Brown, whom the firm called an “experienced tech finance
professional and diversity champion,” will join as the new
chief financial officer in September.
Stéphane Besson, who is continuing as non-executive
director, has been involved in supporting CUBE’s acquisitions to
date in 2024.

The business provides AI-driven regulatory data to power its
Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) and Regulatory Change
Management (RCM) solutions. It operates in Europe, North America,
Canada, Asia, and Australia. The firm partnered with Hg Capital
in March this year. It also bought US-based Reg-Room and the
Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden products and
businesses in May 2024.
