RBC Wealth Management Brings In $250 Million Advisor Group In California

RBC Wealth Management has added the Robinson Reuter group to its La Jolla, CA, office, branch director Larry Andrews announced.

The Robinson Reuter group is comprised of Scott Robinson, senior vice president and financial advisor; Christian Reuter, first vice president and financial advisor, and Jeanette Cameron, senior registered assistant. They all join from Merrill Lynch and will focus on portfolio construction and management, retirement and wealth management planning.

Robinson and Reuter, with 25 and 9 years of industry experience respectively, have over $250 million in assets under management and $1.4 million in production.

At the beginning of August, RBC Wealth Management added two financial advisors from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to its Washington, DC, broker force, according to Warren Bischoff, director of the DC complex.

The firm has over $227 billion in assets under administration and nearly 2,000 financial advisors operating in 200 locations across 42 states. In the US, the firm operates as a division of RBC Capital Markets.
