RBC Opens New Wealth Office In Florida

Royal Bank of Canada's wealth management arm has opened a new office in part of Florida and added a duo from Morgan Stanley.

As part of a strategy to grow its presence in Florida, RBC Wealth Management has opened a new office in Sarasota, Florida, and added to it two financial advisor teams from Morgan Stanley.

The Muir/LeTourneau Group is comprised of financial advisors David Muir and John LeTourneau, and Nicole Muir, a senior client associate and branch service manager. They join with $120 million in assets under administration and close to $800,000 in production.

On top of his role with the Muir LeTourneau Group, LeTourneau was also named branch director of the Sarasota office.

Meanwhile, the Gress Lodge Group has close to $190 million in assets under administration and almost $1.7 million in production.

The team consists of financial advisors Rick Gress, who has 27 years of industry experience; Sarah Lodge, with eight years of experiene in the industry; and JoAnne Fabec, who became a financial advisor close to a year ago; as well as Liz Knighton, a senior registered associate. In Florida, RBC Wealth Management has a presence in West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, St Petersberg, Naples, Tampa and Palm Beach Gardens.
