RBC Brewin Dolphin Appoints London-Based Wealth Director
The firm was formed by the Canadian firm's takeover of Brewin Dolphin a year ago.
UK wealth management house RBC Brewin
Dolphin has appointed Richard Betts as wealth director. He is
based at the firm’s Waterloo Place office in St James’s,
London.
Betts joined the firm – created from RBC’s purchase of Brewin
Dolphin in September 2022 – from J Safra
Sarasin.
Prior to this, Betts worked as a director at Standard Chartered
and had a lengthy career at HSBC Private Bank. In total, Betts
has been employed in the sector for more than 25 years, working
with high net worth and ultra-HNW clients, both domestic UK and
international.
The firm’s team has grown to 65 employees, from 15 at its launch
in 2018.
