RBC Advisor Services Appoints Ex-JP Morgan Manager To Business Development Role
RBC Advisor Services has appointed
Christian Widen as senior vice president with responsibility
over all aspects of new business development.
Widen brings 15 years of industry experience into the brokerage
and wealth management firm and specializes in RIA (registered
investment advisor) custody, clearing and brokerage functions. He
was previously the vice president at JP Morgan and managing
director at Bear Stearns & Co. He also served as vice president
for Fidelity Investments Institutional Wealth Services.
"His experience in financial services, with a focus on the RIA
market, as well as his understanding of the needs of high net
worth investors is essential to our RBC Advisor Services team,"
Craig Gordon, director of RBC Correspondent and Advisor
Services, said in a statement.
RBC Advisor Services caters to high net worth investors in areas
such as lines of credit, trust, and access to private client
investment management solutions.
