Rothstein Kass, the professional services firm catering to corporate and high net worth individual clients, has named a raft of principals to its senior management.

It announced yesterday that Camille Asaro, Frank Attalla, Jeff Kollin and Navin Sethi have been named principals. Asaro and Attalla are members of the Rothstein Kass Financial Services Group. Sethi, a tax principal is a member of both the Financial Services Group and the firm's Commercial Services Group.

Kollin has been named principal and Head of the Financial Services Advisory practice within Rothstein Kass Business Advisory Services, a Rothstein Kass affiliate.

The firm also said it had promoted Rich Sumida to the post of senior director.

Beyond audit and tax services, the firm provides advisory services, including strategic business counseling, regulatory compliance and SEC services, insurance and risk management consulting, and family office services.
