Quilter Adopts New Communications Suite

Quilter, part of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, has implemented the Equipos Coric client communications suite, in a bid to enhance the design and production of its client reporting.

Quilter, which has just completed its first run of 30,000 report packs, will use the new client reporting infrastructure to automate the production of high-volume report runs and streamline client communications.

“This is the first phase of our strategy to introduce more flexible and higher quality reports for our clients,” said Natalie Levine, head of technology at Quilter.

Quilter has approximately £6.3 billion (around $9.75 billion) of funds under management (as at 30 June 2010). It employs 300 staff based in 11 offices throughout the UK, Jersey and Ireland.
