PwC Hires Duo For Real Estate Practice

PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed a director and senior manager to its real estate practice to help expand its growing asset and investment management services.
Simon Marriott, director, and Algernon Kent, senior manager, both chartered surveyors, will join a team providing asset management services for the firm’s clients. They will advise institutional and private investor clients across all principal property asset classes in the UK and Europe, the firm said.
Marriot joins from Oxford Properties Group, where he was managing director, senior vice president investments, Europe. Algernon served at Hammerson, where he was an investment surveyor in the London team. They previously worked together at Invista REIM where they were responsible for the growth and asset management of the St James’s Place property funds.
