Prudential Realty Arm Names New MD
Prudential Real Estate Investors has boosted its global
marketing and client services unit with the appointment of
Mark Chamieh as managing director and co-head.
PREI is the real estate investment management and advisory
business of
Prudential Financial Inc.
Prior to the hire, Chamieh served as managing director and global
head of marketing for JER Partners, overseeing the firm's capital
markets team, as well as its global investor relations and
capital raising activities. At PREI, he joins
Lester Lockwood, who has been leading the company's global
marketing and client team since 2005.
PREI manages around $42.5 billion in gross ($22.9 billion net)
realty assets for over 490 clients worldwide.
