Private Client Law Firm Adds Partner

New Quadrant Partners, the London based private client law firm, has appointed Karen Marks as a partner.

Marks, who has been a partner at Maitland Advisory, Boodle Hatfield and LG previously, advises on personal tax, trusts and succession planning, specialising in clients with international affairs. Her client roster includes entrepreneurs, international families, offshore trust companies and private banks.

Marks’ appointment is intended to increase New Quadrant Partners’ international capabilities, the firm said in a statement.

Over the summer New Quadrant Partners boosted its team with the addition of Jonathan Colcough and Kiran Vasudeva, who joined from Maitland and Irwin Mitchell respectively.

Colcough joined as a senior associate and advises on tax, while associate Vasudeva specialises in court of protection and personal injury trust advice.
