UK investment manager Premier Asset Management has selected FusionExperience to design and deliver a target operating model to support its fund management business, after an assessment of its current operating practices against future needs.

FusionExperience has worked closely with Premier to design a bespoke target operating model for the firm to supports its growth plans over the next five years, based on both acquisitions and organic growth. FusionExperience has also been appointed to identify and implement the firm's preferred service partner within the enhanced operating platform.
