Wilton, Connecticut-based Private Client Resources, the service provider to private banks, family offices and RIA firms, has launched Palette Platform, a platform offering capabilities such as customer relationship management.

The program offers tools including aggregated data, reporting, CRM and billing in a customizable format for private wealth firms. Each investor holding can be viewed on one screen alongside a view of all client relationships enterprise-wide.

According to the firm, Palette Platform capabilities include: management information system, reporting including multi-currency, the firm's Intelligent Dashboards and Pivot Analyzer programs, advanced document management, CRM integration, client billing, and PCR’s Collaboration Center.
