Pashman Stein Brings In Top White Collar Litigator

Pashman Stein, the New Jersey-based commercial law firm, has
added Aidan O'Connor as member and head of its white collar
criminal defense stable.
O'Connor brings 18 years of legal experience to his new role and
is better known for his successful prosecution of a RICO case
involving hundreds of millions of dollars in tax fraud and
organized crime members as assistant US attorney for the district
of New Jersey. He has conducted prosecutions and hearings on
organized crime, tax fraud, extortion, embezzlement, kidnapping,
computer crimes, and others.
The issue of white collar crime was recently highlighted when the
Bernard Maddoff case revealed the names of some well-known senior
financial executives and affluent individuals either as promoters
or as victims. Having dedicated representation has since then
become twice an issue with bankers, wealth managers, and private
clients alike.
As head of Pashman Stein's white collar practice, he will
represent both corporate and private clients in litigation and
criminal defense matters in federal and state courts. He will
also conduct international investigations and develops compliance
programs for public and private firms.
Pashman Stein represents individuals and companies in areas such
as alternative dispute resolution, appellate advocacy, family
law, probate litigation and securities.
