Outsourced CIO Firm Makes Senior Promotions

The organisation, founded in 2001, operates worldwide. It provides outsourced chief investment office services to clients such as family offices, and others.
Partners Capital, the US outsourced chief investment office firm, has promoted eight of its team to senior roles, including a partner and seven new managing directors.
The firm, which oversees more than $50 billion of assets, has a
total of 18 partners and 25 MDs in its global leadership
roster.
Having been at the business since 2013, Edmondo Barletta has
been made a partner. He joined the firm in London and relocated
to Paris in 2019 to lead its continental European business.
Before joining Partners Capital, Barletta worked at Bain Capital
Private Equity in London, and at Bain & Company in
Paris.
At the managing director level, four senior principals based in
Europe have been promoted: Joe Basrawy, Matt Libling and Louisa
Saunders in the London office, as well Niccolò Frigieri in
Paris.
In the US, Chris Bunzel, Pamela Haddad, and Steve Kaplan, all
based in the Boston office, have also been promoted.
Joining as a member of client CIO and public equities teams,
Bunzel has been at the firm since 2012. He leads the investment
programmes for several private and institutional clients in North
America.
Haddad joined Partners Capital in 2020 as head of people for North America; Kaplan joined the business in 2015 and is head of client operations in North America.
Libling, who joined in 2014, oversees multi-asset class
investment portfolios for several UK private and institutional
clients and is a member of the firm’s private debt and
alternative alternatives investment committee.
Europe
Saunders joined in 2020 as head of people for Europe and Asia.
Prior to this, she worked for financial services organisations
including Close Brothers Group and Tullett Prebon.
Basrawy, who joined Partners Capital in 2014, is a portfolio
manager, specialising in private debt and uncorrelated
investments. Before joining the firm, he was part of the
investment banking team at RBC Capital Markets.
Frigieri joined in 2019 to support the establishment of the
firm’s Paris office; he manages multi-asset class investment
portfolios for several European institutional and private
clients.
