A lawyer for the past 24 years, Abramowitz specializes in succession and transfer issues for family-owned businesses. She chairs Ater Wynne's Family Owned Business and the Wealth Preservation groups. Flores, who was admitted to the bar in Oregon 11 years ago, advises clients -- including family-owned and closely held businesses -- as a general counsel and assists with succession planning.Her practice also includes estate and trust administration and prenuptial and domestic-partnership agreements.
