Estate, family-business attorneys join Ater Wynne from Buckley LeChevallier. Portland, Ore.-based law firm Ater Wynne has expanded its services to business owners and executives with the addition of estate attorneys Kay Abramowitz and June Wiyrick Flores. A lawyer for the past 24 years, Abramowitz specializes in succession and transfer issues for family-owned businesses. She chairs Ater Wynne's Family Owned Business and the Wealth Preservation groups. Flores, who was admitted to the bar in Oregon 11 years ago, advises clients -- including family-owned and closely held businesses -- as a general counsel and assists with succession planning.Her practice also includes estate and trust administration and prenuptial and domestic-partnership agreements. Ater Wynne provides legal advice and services in business, corporate, litigation, energy, estate-planning, securities, intellectual-property, employment, telecommunications, environmental, real-estate, creditors' rights and healthcare law.
