Offshore Trust Company Takes Name After Parent Law Firm

Guernsey Trust Company, a Channel Islands-based fiduciary services company with a wealth management focus, has rebranded as Collas Crill Trust after its parent firm.

GTC was established in 1988 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Collas Crill, the offshore law firm with offices in Guernsey, Jersey and Singapore.

The firm said in a statement that it has particular expertise in specialist structures such as private trust companies for ultra high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients.

In other recent developments at the firm, Collas Crill bolstered its fiduciary practice last month by appointing Mason Birbeck as a partner at its Jersey office.
