Ocorian's Middle East Group Names Commercial Director

The newly-appointed figure will lead growth for Ocorian's private client business across the Middle East.

Ocorian, a specialist global provider of services for asset managers and owners, has appointed Souvik Sen (pictured below) as commercial director, Middle East, private clients, based in Dubai.

Sen, who will be based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, will report to Nina Auchoybur, managing director, UAE.

In his new role, Sen will lead commercial growth for Ocorian's private client business across the Middle East. He has focused on capital raising, working with regional and international investors across the private wealth landscape, and was instrumental in raising capital for MENA’s first-ever special-purpose acquisition deal, Ocorian said.

“He [Sen] brings a strong network across the region and extensive experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, private banks and investors,” Nina Auchoybur, managing director, UAE at Ocorian, said.

Ocorian’s locations include Bermuda, BVI, Cayman, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, the UAE, the UK, and the US.

In late September 2025, Ocorian secured a new fund services licence in the DIFC. That new licence enables Ocorian to broaden its offering in the Middle East, complementing its existing private client, corporate and regulatory services with dedicated support for asset managers seeking to establish and grow funds in the region.
