The latest moves and appointments at Oak Group in Jersey.

Private client, corporate services and fund administration business Oak Group has appointed Jo Gorrod as managing director of its Jersey office.

Gorrod has over 20 years of experience working in the financial services sector in Jersey, focusing primarily on the private client arena, managing complex structures for high net worth international families. She joined Oak Group in 2018 as a client services director, prior to which she held the same title at Equiom Group, the firm said in a statement.

Gorrod has extensive experience of working with UK resident and non-domiciled individuals, having previously led a team specialising in this area. She also has experience in managing high value commercial and residential property structures, the firm added.

In her new role, she will support the business in delivering its three-year strategy, which focuses on the cultural, operational, and commercial transformation of the business.
