Northern Trust Names New Sales Head For North Asia

Northern Trust has bolstered its North Asian operations with the appointment of Pamela Yuen as sales director for its corporate and institutional services unit in the region.

Yuen, who is based in Hong Kong, will be responsible for business development in China, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She was previously the head of relationship management for Asia Pacific at HSBC. In her new role, she will report to Rohan Singh, the head of asset servicing sales in Asia Pacific.

Northern Trust provides investment management, asset and fund administration, fiduciary and banking services for corporations, institutions and affluent individuals worldwide. As of 30 June 2010, the company has $3.5 trillion in assets under custody and $603 billion in assets under investment management.
