Financial Symmetry, the North Carolina-based wealth planning firm, has appointed Grace Rooth as operations specialist.

Rooth joined the company in October 2009 as a financial intern and then moved on to become an assistant for the portfolio and wealth management division. In her new role, she will be assisting with new account transitioning, trading and account maintenance processing, and gathering information for the company's investment and wealth management clients. 

Financial Symmetry has been expanding its operations capacity as it seeks to capture a wider client base in the US. Rooth's appointment comes just a few weeks after the firm appointed Cameron Hendricks from its internship program as a data specialist.
