Mark Somers, the former wealth and asset management recruitment specialist at Gow & Partners and Norman Broadbent, has set up his own UK recruitment group called Somers Partnership. Mr Somers told WealthBriefing that he is gathering a talented specialist team around him and that names will be announced shortly. The firm will concentrate solely on top-level retained assignments within the sector and will be assisted by an advisory board of industry experts. “We already have clients who we are working for on a retained basis,” Mr Somers told WealthBriefing. But he was not prepared to name any. The firm is also planning to publish the fifth annual wealth management survey in the second quarter of this year.
