New Wealth Management Software Suite Launched Boutique Firms

enSynergy International, the London-based provider of wealth management and professional services automation software, has released enVisual Boutique – a small business edition of enVisual SQL, its wealth management / trust and corporate services suite.
The new release, enVisual Boutique, is aimed at small to mid-sized family offices and offshore financial services firms, and is multi-currency to support activity in multiple jurisdictions. As enVisual Boutique is a modular-based package firms can opt to implement single modules for specific business functions instead of the whole system. This format also facilitates a “seamless” upgrade to the full Enterprise Edition of the suite when required, enSynergy said in a statement.
Many of the modules from the Enterprise version of enVisual are offered in the Boutique version, including CRM contact, task and relationship management; trust and corporate administrations; compliance; company/trust accounting ledgers; investment/portfolio management and document management.
“The need for SME firms to achieve cost savings and reduce risks via a fully integrated system is just as important as that of larger enterprises. Until now smaller firms could not afford the typically large ticket prices demanded by feature-rich wealth management systems; Boutique changes all of that,” said Brett Hall, director of business development at enSynergy.
“With the global financial downturn, we have seen enormous changes to the financial services landscape; there are a great number of new wealth management firms on the rise; most of these are smaller, agile and more sophisticated than ever before; we see these firms as our new Boutique customers.”
Boutique is a client-server application, but to provide further cost savings it can be supplied with the free Microsoft SQL Express database, the firm said.
