Washington Wealth Management is launching a Richmond, Virginia branch, and has appointed $1 million producer E Lee Pinney as managing director.

Pinney is a 19-year veteran of Scott & Stringfellow, where he was most recently a senior managing director.

Washington Wealth Management launched last December with the opening of its first branch in Middleburg, Virginia. It operates as a Registered Investment Adviser, and all its advisors are part of an independent branch network.

“We’ve launched two branches since we started in December, and we’re hopeful to be adding several more in the coming months,” said Ross Wilkinson, director of development at the firm.
