New UK Wealth Platform Names Investment Chief

The firm, which has explained its approach to this news service recently, has named a CIO who has worked at firms including BMO Global Asset Management and ABN AMRO.
London-based digital wealth management platform Welrex has appointed Chris
Brils as its chief investment officer.
Brils, who has 25 years experience in portfolio management,
specialising in high-yield credit and ESG, has a track record of
managing global and European high-yield and crossover portfolios.
He holds a master's degree from Nyenrode Business University in
the Netherlands.
Past experience includes senior asset management roles in firms
such as BMO Global Asset Management, Brookfield Asset Management,
and ABN AMRO.

to bring a talented CIO on board. Chris brings great skills and
experience to our investment offering and I look forward to his
contribution to our future success,” Welrex founder and CEO
Yevgeni Agerd said.
