Randi Grassgreen has joined the ownership group of Crestone Capital Advisors, a Boulder, Colorado-based independent wealth management firm.

Grassgreen joined the firm in late 2008 as director of family wealth planning. During her time there, she has worked on the firm’s offering to clients in the areas of income tax and estate planning, philanthropy management and asset protection.

Before joining Crestone, Grassgreen was a shareholder at Gelt & Grassgreen in Denver. In addition, she was an associate attorney at Gorsuch Kirgis, also in Denver, where she assisted clients in estate and income tax and business succession planning. Before that, she held a number of senior tax roles at Ernst & Young.

Crestone's services include investment strategy and management, estate and philanthropic planning, income tax planning and reporting, financial and cash flow planning and investment portfolio reporting.
