Alexander Boss has been promoted to be a member of the management committee of IFOS - Internationale Fonds Service - the fund management subsidiary of the Liechtenstein-headquartered VP wealth management and private banking group. In the course of a restructuring of the fund business Wolfgang Mayer and Peter Bargetze, former members of the management committee, have decided to leave VP. Mr Boss joined VP in 1989; in his most recent position, he was head of securities processing.
