Dutch bank ING’s investment management unit has appointed Vineet Vohra as chief executive of its India operations. Mr Vohra will take over from Kavita Hurry, chief executive since 2002, who is leaving ING. Mr Vohra joins from Citibank, where he was regional director and business head for the company’s Asia Pacific Consumer Investments business, helping to build its wealth management franchise.
