New Exec Director Named At Cushman & Wakefield Singapore

Cushman & Wakefield, the international commercial real estate firm, has appointed a new executive director for its office in Singapore.

Shaun Poh assumes the role of executive director, heading up with the national capital markets and investment team in the city-state. Poh leaves DTZ after 22 years, most recently serving as head of the investment advisory services team.

"We are committed to the growth of our CMG platform and singapore is a key market for the firm. The appointment demonstrates our commitment to build on what we have achieved," said John Stinson, executive managing director - capital markets, Asia-Pacific.

The announcement came just shortly after Jonathan Davis was named managing director for its Eastern China operations.

Cushman & Wakefield advises and represents clients on all aspects of property occupancy and investment. It has around $3.7 billion in assets under management worldwide.
