New CIO At Raymond James Financial

New York-listed Raymond James Financial has named Vin Campagnoli as its new chief information officer.

Campagnoli replaces Tim Eitel, who the firm said will continue to provide technology leadership in an advisory role. Eitel has been at Raymond James for almost 30 years.

Campagnoli has over 25 years in the financial services industry, during which time he has focused on boosting business productivity and efficiency through technology, said chief executive Paul Reilly.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2011 as senior vice president and head of private client group technology strategy and development, Campagnoli was a senior technology leader at UBS Wealth Management Americas, where he specialized in advisor and client technology.

Before that, he held senior technology positions at Morgan Stanley and Prudential/Wachovia Securities.

In his new role at Raymond James, Campagnoli reports to Bella Allaire, executive vice president of technology and operations.
