Counsel Wealth Management of Canada has appointed Corrado Tiralongo as chief investment officer and lead portfolio manager of IPC Portfolio Management. As CIO, Mr Tiralongo will oversee Counsel's investment policies and portfolio monitoring programmes, including research, investment planning, ongoing due diligence and risk management functions.
