Neptune Raids Manager From Credit Suisse To Ramp Up Intermediary Sales

Neptune Investment Management, the UK-based boutique, has appointed Andrew Taylor as intermediary sales manager with responsibility for northern England and Scotland.

Reporting to Adam Hughes, head of intermediary sales, Mr Taylor will be responsible for promoting Neptune’s fund range to intermediaries, including discretionary buyers, the firm said in a statement.

Mr Taylor joins Neptune from Credit Suisse Asset Management, where during his eight-year tenure he was a regional sales manager with responsibility for northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. His career also includes having spent 14 years in regional sales at Henderson Investors.

Neptune’s assets under management currently stand at £3.4 billion ($5.6 billion). Founded in 2002 as an independent and privately-owned investment manager, approximately three-quarters of the firm is owned by its employees and directors.
