Natixis Reshuffles Senior Management, Appoints New CEO
Natixis Private Banking International – owned by the French banking group BPCE – has reshuffled its senior management team, promoting Xavier Guyard to the position of chief executive officer, based in Luxembourg.
Mr Guyard takes over at the helm of the private bank after having been deputy chief executive officer since 2002, and is now responsible for its development.
Meanwhile Franck Teyssonnier, also based in Luxembourg, takes over as deputy chief executive officer, charged with developing commercial relations with international clients of the BPCE Group network, particularly Natixis’s clients and third party asset managers.
Mr Teyssonnier was head of the wealth management department of La Compagnie 1818 – Banquiers Privés from 2007 till 2009, when he became head of the wealth management business line, of private banking clients and expertise within La Banque Privée 1818 – also of the BPCE Group.
In other appointments at the group, Stéphane Girardot, based in Paris, has been named director of expertise, marketing and communications of Banque Privée 1818. A member of the senior management committee, he is responsible for developing and promoting the expertise of the private bank within its three distribution channels: direct clients, the Group BPCE network and independent wealth management advisors, via 1818 Partenaires.
Mr Girardot joins from Sal Openheim (France), where he was director of marketing and communications, prior to which he was director, marketing and communications for France-Benelux at Franklin Templeton.
