Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, the wealth management division of Moss Adams, has acquired Rowling, Dold & Associates, boosting its assets under management to $1 billion.

The merger of the two companies, which provide financial planning and investment management services to business owners and high net worth individuals, will allow the enhanced Moss Adams to benefit from operational scale and expanded market presence in Southern California, the company said in a press statement.

“Given the RDA client approach and philosophy, there probably isn’t a more ideal fit out there for [Moss Adams] Wealth Advisors” said Rebecca Pomering, chief executive of MAWA.

The four person RDA team is led by Sheryl Rowling, who joins Moss Adams as a partner, and includes Lisa Saxton, who joins as financial advisor, Amanda Baker, associate advisor, and Sylvia Fitzgerald, administrative assistant.
