Morgan Stanley Makes Additions To Dubai Office

Morgan Stanley has made two additions to its private wealth management business in Dubai as it moves to further develop its business capabilities in the Middle East.
Ghada Ragheb, formerly of Credit Suisse, joins as vice president of private wealth management and will also work as an investment advisor. In her new role her primary responsibility will be to improve the services Morgan Stanley offers to its Middle Eastern clients as part of the development of the firm’s PWM EMEA business. Ragheb was a vice president at Credit Suisse, covering Abu Dhabi and Dubai, having previously worked at ABN Amro in Abu Dhabi. Her direct experience of the Middle Eastern market will be an asset to Morgan Stanley as it attempts to expand its business in the region, the firm said in a statement.
Kshitij Sawhney, meanwhile, joins Morgan Stanley PWM from Goldman Sachs, where he was a senior financial analyst based in London. In his new role as an associate and investment advisor at Morgan Stanley, Sawhney will work with Michael Markland and Anwaar Ahmed, and will concentrate on building business for the firm in the UAE and Oman.
Morgan Stanley’s Dubai office is very much its hub for the Middle East and North Africa, and was the firm’s first office in the region when it first opened its doors in 2006.
