Morgan Stanley In Florida Poaches Senior Wealth Advisor From Merrill

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has poached a senior wealth advisor from Merrill Lynch to join its office in Bradenton, Florida, according to Reuters.

Leif Olson moved to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, a joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, late last week, the report said. Olson previously spent over 15 years at Merrill Lynch, according to FINRA filings. Olson oversaw $150 million in client assets and generated $1.3 million in fees and commissions.
