Morgan Stanley Hires Seven US Wealth Advisors

The Morgan Stanley's global wealth management business has made seven new hires, according to a Dow Jones report. They include Kevin Whalen, formerly at Citigroup subsidiary Smith Barney, who moved to Morgan Stanley in Boston. Frank Fava and Christopher Amato have also left Smith Barney for Morgan Stanley to ply their trade in Paramus, New Jersey, reporting to manager Robert Lopinto. On the west coast, Morgan Stanley has brought William Chaffin and Kent Engdahl into its Rancho Bernardo office, working to branch manager Russ Smith. The firm has also taken on Charles Crilly and Quentin Elliot from AG Edwards to be based in the Hartford office, reporting to manager David Mozeleski.
