Mesirow Financial Strengthens Investment Advisory Team With Double Hire

Chicago-based Mesirow Financial has bolstered its investment advisory group with the addition of Highland Park, IL-based Daniel Nickow and Brett Salzer as a managing director and senior vice president respectively.

The Talman Nickow Salzer advisory group manages assets for clients including individuals, families, business owners, non-profits and foundations.

According to the firm's website, Nickow has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, while Salzer has over 15 years of business and securities-related experience.

The pair work side-by-side with clients and their external advisors to develop planning strategies that help address clients’ needs and goals while identifying potential financial “blind spots,” the firm says.

Mesirow Financial had $61.7 billion in assets under management, as at March 31.
