Burns Advisory Group and Executive Financial Group, two firms which merged in 2011, are rebranding under the name Exencial Wealth Advisors.

The combined operation has offices in Oklahoma City, OK and Dallas, TX, as well in Southern Connecticut on the East Coast. It provides fee-only wealth management services to senior corporate executives, entrepreneurs, families and institutions.

"This change marks another step toward bringing our teams together to enhance the services we deliver clients," said Jerry Georgopoulos, principal.

When the two firms merged they created a wealth manager with around $600 million client assets.
