Mercer Names New Head of European Real Estate Boutique
Mercer has appointed Paul Richards as the head of the European real estate boutique based in London within the firm’s investment consulting business.
Previously Richards was head of indirect investment and global managed accounts at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for managing global portfolios of unlisted real estate finds for clients from Europe and Asia.
Richards’ appointment follows the recent hire of Stephen Roberts as Asia Pacific regional business leader for investment management, as reported by WealthBriefingAsia.
