MBO At Monaco Family Office
The Monaco-based Catella Financial Office is to be owned by its management in the form of managing director, Jonathan Dudman, from 1 July, according to a report by Property Magazine International.
Catella Monaco SAM is a wealth management advisory firm, operating as a multi-family office and currently employs a total of eight people.
Catella acquired Catella Monaco SAM from IMG in 2005. Earlier this year, Catella sold Catella Financial Office UK to the management, the publication said.
