Matrix Asset Management Board Member Resigns

Peter Marshall of Canada-basedMatrix Asset Management has resigned from the firm’s board of directors.

Marshall has been a member of the Matrix board since the firm launched in January of 2010. He has over 40 years of experience in the investment industry and founded SEAMARK Asset Management, the institutional and high net worth operating subsidiary of Matrix, in 1982. (SEAMARK was a founding member of Matrix.) 

Matrix expects to appoint a new board member before or at the time of the next annual meeting of shareholders. 

Matrix serves institutional, high net worth and retail investors and has some $1.1 billion in assets under management, with offices across Canada.
